By purchasing a Physiomentor program or portal, you agree to the following 'Terms of Service':
Learning is an ongoing process and it is highly recommended to fast track your physiotherapy graduate with the knowledge to excel in your private practice. For best results, you should aim to provide mentoring, support and specific training programs for graduate learning for at least several months if not 1 year.
Payment/ Refund Policy
The one - on- one graduate tailored mentoring program and the graduate learning portal monthly access is paid on a month by month basis.
To cancel any of the recurring payment programs just go to our 'Contact Us' page and send us an email prior to your next scheduled payment, with your details and request of cancellation. Once the monthly payment has occurred you are committed to the program or access for that month.
If you are not happy in the first month with the one on one mentor program and do not feel it is a good fit for your practice or graduate than a 100% money back guarantee will be available during the first month only. Refunds will not be given after the first month. Once the monthly payment has occurred you are committed to the program or access for that month.
12 Week Graduate to Private Practitioner Program - no refunds will be given.
Student to Private Practitioner Program - no refunds will be given. You must fulfil the program in full to be eligible to be profiled on the Physiomentor Recruit Hub.
Graduate Learning Portal Monthly - cancel at anytime prior to the next month recurring payment. No refunds given
Graduate Learning Portal Yearly - cancel at anytime prior to the next 12 month recurring payment. No refunds given.

We reserve the right to apply a 10% surcharge in cases of overdue payment.
If no instruction is received on recurring payments then the annual/ monthly membership will automatically renew.

Program Time Length for Completion

12 Week Graduate to Private Practitioner Program - the program will remain open for 14 weeks in total to complete. If time needs to be extended, please email support@physiomentor.biz with a reason for delay and this will be at the disgression of Physiomentor whether they will extend the program access.

Student to Private Practitioner Program - the program is available for access for the life of the student from the date of purchase. E.g. Jan - Dec of the student year. No extensions given.
Legal Action/ Scope of Practice
The Physiomentor will provide mentoring in the scope of physiotherapy private practice.
The role of the Physiomentor is as an advisor and mentor not a supervisor.
The PhysioMentor does not assume responsibility for the new graduate’s actions.
Charts do not need to be co-signed.
The content on or accessible through Physiomentor is for informational purposes only.
Physiomentor is not a substitute for professional decisions and should be used at the disgression of the physiotherapist. If you are unsure in regards to the use of this material it is recommended that you seek an experienced clinician's opinion.
Should a legal claim arise as a result of information delivered by Physiomentor, including but not limited to audio, video, blog posts, handouts and information, Physiomentor and all presenters shall not be held liable for any claims. Legal action is unable to be taken against Physiomentor or any presenters. It is solely the responsibility of the person viewing or participating in this content/program to decide how this information is used in a clinical environment. This site does not replace the need for face to face clinical training, University or higher institution training.
Requirements
The Physiomentor will be a registered physiotherapist.
The Physiomentor will discuss any unsafe practices that they may become aware of with the owner/directors of the practice.
The employer of the graduate will allow sufficient and mutually agreed upon time for the Physiomentor to mentor the graduate during work hours.
Physiomentor reserves the right to stop any mentoring program where they do not feel the learning relationship between mentor and graduate satisfies requirements of both individuals.
Intellectual Property/ Copyright
Any use of material either on or from this website without the strict written consent of Physiomentor is considered a breach of Copyright &/or Trademark Law. Any downloading of, sharing, distributing in any form, digital or otherwise is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property distributed by Physiomentor is not able to be shared or sold in any other form or as part of any other program.
Reproduction of any documents, video/ audio or slides without the express written consent of Physiomentor is strictly prohibited unless through areas of the website strictly specified.
Disclaimer
Physiomentor is a registered business name. The use of these terms, logo/images related to these terms, or any term/image relating to Physiomentor infringes the law.
Physiomentor reserves the right to remove access from members without remuneration who breach the terms and conditions of the Physiomentor website.
This website is intended for education of Registered Physiotherapists only, and it's use is not intended for the information of the general public. Physiomentor reserves the right to deny access to members of the public and to any persons who it feels may be in violation of the terms and conditions or any policy on this site.

Cancellation by us
We will always try our best to avoid cancelling an event/ program. If circumstances occur that force us to cancel an event you will receive a full refund of any course fees paid or the opportunity to transfer your place to the same course on another date or another course/s up to the same value. Any card fees paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation due to participant illness
If you become unwell at the course or during the program. Nil refund will be given in this instance.
Waiting Lists
Participants are free to place themselves on a waiting list if a course/ program is full. If a space becomes available on a course, we will email everyone on the waiting list and allow 24 hours for anyone to get back to us. After that period we will remove all those on the waiting list and release the space to the website, thereby allowing any eligible person to book the space whilst it remains available. We reserve the right to remove any person/s from any waiting list in accordance with the above policy.
Complaints
Should you have a problem or complaint on your course/ program you must bring it to the attention of our staff as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the problem. If you feel that the problem was not resolved and resulted in a much reduced enjoyment of the course/ program you must inform us in writing within 28 days and we will respond within 28 days to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both parties.
These terms are correct at the time of printing, but are subject to alteration.
Recruit Hub
We are not a recruitment agency. We simply list those candidates that have successfully completed the Physiomentor Program and connect them with physiotherapy private practices that are interested in hiring a graduate physiotherapist in their business.
We do not make any guarantees that by completing the program you will be guaranteed a job. The graduate and private practice owner make the final decision as to whether it is a good match. Our role at Physiomentor is to put both parties in touch with those that are looking for a graduate role and those that are keen to hire graduates in their business and have showed commitment to the Physiomentor training process.
Graduate/ Student - is free to pursue a job elsewhere from the Physiomentor Recruit Hub. It is the responsibility of the graduate to maintain their profile on the Recruit Hub and delete when a position has been accepted.
Private Practice - is the responsibility of the private practice to maintain and up date their profile on the Recruit Hub. An annual subscription fee of $200 + GST is payable to have access to the Recruit Hub.
Any private practice found to be in breech of these regulations will be banned from the Recruit Hub. There is no limit to how many graduates you may hire within the Recruit Hub.
